Prepare now for Mandatory ELT in Georgia!
Legislation for Mandatory ELT in Georgia has been passed by both the House and the Senate and is now awaiting signature from the Governor. This bill is expected to be accepted as law. The wording in the bill requires participation in the GA ELT program as of January 1, 2013 though provision is allowed for phasing in mandatory participation. No exceptions to the requirement are listed.
